1. What is a Digital Storybook?

- Digital Storybook is a type of photo album which combines artistic, documentary and specialized graphic design photography.

2. Many photographers are now offering digital photography, are they all the same?

- There are photographers already shooting in digital format. Most of them also offer storybook style album. One has to look closely in the execution of the lay-out to determine the difference. Most of the lay-outs we have seen show Adobe Photo shop skills but sometimes the essence and meaning of the storybook itself are being sacrificed when overdone. We take pride in the quality of lay-outs in our album which are uniquely done for our valued clients.

3. How is your Digital Storybook different from the others?

- First, our shooting style is adjusted to it. We do continuous extensive research on graphic design and other arts. We constantly develop our layout styles. But we remain conservative in a lot of manners so to avoid becoming outdated. We maintain the design styles to be INVOLVING, BALANCED, FOCUSED, SIMPLE BUT DETAILED and ELEGANT.

Ultimately, our way of presenting your wedding to an album is very unique.

4. Do you also provide the soft copy of the edited Digital Storybook?

- Yes.

5. You have very simple packages but still we can not decide which one to get. Can you help us?

- Yes, you can start with 20 pages; 40 sides 10x10 Digital Storybook Hardbound Leather Album. If you are fond of pictures, the 20 pages; 40 sides 12x12 Digital Storybook Hardbound Leather Album maybe suited for you. If you are undecided, you can finalize the kind of album on your wedding day. Our coverage does not affect the album you choose.

6. Is your price list negotiable?

- As much as we want, we would rather stick to the listed packages to be fair to everyone who avails of our services. But we offer a lot of flexibilities such as the inclusion of photos on CD which will enable you to do your own recopies should you need additional pictures.

7. Do you also offer video service?

- No. Due to the very demanding challenge to perfect the Digital Storybook, we prefer to concentrate on photography and graphic design.

8. Who takes the shots?

- We have professional photographers to take shots on your special day. They have been trained and can do traditional, non-traditional, photojournalism and black and white shots for your special day.

9. How long do you finish the album?

- It actually depends on a lot of things. Normally, the proofs will be ready within 1-2 weeks after the occasion. The design lay-out will be available for your viewing and approval within 2 months after the occasion. Upon your approval, it takes additional 1-2 months for us to produce and deliver your album. This is to ensure quality of work and service for you.

10. What camera do you use? How many mega pixels does it have?

- We are currently using Canon 20D cameras. This is a professional SLR. We have also back-up cameras in case of a breakdown. Technically, a three (3) mega pixel camera is more than enough to cover the occasion and produce blow-ups suited for home display. There are newer models that can capture at eight (8) mega pixels or more. At present, we believe this is overkill and may greatly affect our pricing packages.

11. Do you still use film?

- Not anymore.

12. How long do digital prints last?

- Photographic paper suppliers and professional inkjet printers claim that their prints will last Fifty (50) years. All pictures are laminated to add to the durability of the picture. In addition, all pictures are saved in CD format.

13. Do you provide the raw shots in the CD?

- Yes. We give the photos on CD so you make your own additional recopies if need be.

14. Do you charge extra fee for out-of-town weddings?

- Yes, there will be additional charges depending on the area or state which the event will take place. Please let us know desired location so that we can inform you of the additional charges.

15. Do you have limitation in the number of hours when covering the wedding?

- None, but we hope that your wedding would not reach twenty four (24) hours. We come to your dressing place two (2) hours before you go to church and we leave one (1) hour after the reception.

16. Do you do prenuptial pictorial?

- Yes, just let us know when we can schedule you for the engagement pictorial. Package rates are available depending on the location of your choice. Please see our other items / services rates.

17. Can you include blow-up portraits in frame?

- Yes. Any shots can be blown up. There will be additional charge for 16x20 in print depending on the kind of frame you choose. Since we’re giving away the photos on CD, you can always have the option to do it yourself.

18. We have tea ceremony after the wedding, is that included?

- Yes. Anything you plan on your wedding day will be covered.

19. Do you cover Chinese Engagement?

- Yes, we cover Ting Hun. Please see our package rate for this.
